- Raw Thrills reserves the right to increase pricing from the time the order is in and ready for shipment. If our dealer cost rises before shipment, we may need to collect additional funds before your order is released. This will only occur if Raw Thrills raises their prices as they will not honor old pricing after increases take place.
- Big Buck Hunter machines are in very high demand. Placing your order will ensure a machine is reserved for you when produced. Lead times are estimates and subject to change.
Shipping
Online Model
A Standard shipping fee of $500 will be charged at checkout, covering curbside, liftgate, and threshold delivery. Your order will be delivered to your garage or into your front door; for apartments, this means the main entrance only.
Optionally, add White Glove Service for an additional $600. This provides in-home delivery, setup, and packaging removal for ultimate convenience.
Choose the delivery service that best fits your needs, with options for both threshold and enhanced White Glove delivery.
Offline Model
Free curbside, liftgate, and threshold delivery included. We deliver your purchase into your garage or front door. If you live in an apartment, we’ll bring it into the main entrance only.
For an upgraded experience, our White Glove Service is available for a $600 flat rate. This includes in-home delivery, full setup, and removal of all packaging.
Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a 90-day return policy from the date of purchase.
Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (minus the restocking fee) to your original payment method.
