The Paddle Palace Power Pong ALPHA+ Robot
The Alpha+ 3-wheel-head robot provides you with a fully realistic training experience at a much lower price than other robots with comparable features. Most of it's features and performance are identical to the OMEGA, but it's controlled with a physical control box and not with the app.

For an upgraded experience, our White Glove Service is available for a $600 flat rate. This includes in-home delivery, full setup, and removal of all packaging.
Return and Refund Policy
Paddle Palace Power Pong robots can be returned within 10 days
Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund (minus the restocking fee) to your original payment method.
Warranty
Paddle Palace Power Pong offers 3 years parts and labor warranty and that includes a quick fix or replace service. In the very rare cases when something goes wrong, Paddle Palalce Power Pong will fix or replace your machine and send it back to you within couple of days after receiving it. Warranty does not cover misuse of product. Parts are guaranteed to be available within 5 years of purchase.
