Introducing The Dr Dish IC3 Basketball Shot Trainer

The Dr Dish IC3 is the perfect rebounder for both indoor and outdoor use. With extensive testing and high-quality materials, this basketball shot trainer is ideal for daily training in any environment. For optimal durability, we recommend storing it indoors or in a garage when not in use, as its foldable rebound system allows for compact storage at just 22" Long x 22" Wide x 59" High.  Additionally, it is compatible with a wide range of stationary and portable hoops, as long as there are no backside crossbars and the distance between the backboard and hoop is less than 7 1/4 inches. It is recommended to avoid using the iC3 with a chain net, as it may become entangled and potentially lead to damage or tearing of the netting.

The iC3 is versatile enough to be utilized indoors on a pole-less hoop. While an adjustable pole is available for poles, it is not mandatory for utilizing the IC3.
