For an upgraded experience, our White Glove Service is available for a $600 flat rate. This includes in-home delivery, full setup, and removal of all packaging.

A Standard shipping fee of $500 will be charged at checkout, covering curbside, liftgate, and threshold delivery. Your order will be delivered to your garage or into your front door; for apartments, this means the main entrance only. Optionally, add White Glove Service for an additional $600. This provides in-home delivery, setup, and packaging removal for ultimate convenience. Choose the delivery service that best fits your needs, with options for both threshold and enhanced White Glove delivery.
Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30 day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return or refund, you can contact us at support@gameroommasters.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
A 1-year warranty covering Champion shuffleboard cradles and playfields,
A 90-day warranty on Champion Shuffleboard electric and electronic components, and
A Lifetime warranty on Champion Shuffleboard polymer playing surfaces for the original owner.
