Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

Stern reserves the right to increase pricing from the time the order is in and ready for shipment. If our dealer cost rises before shipment, we may need to collect additional funds before your order is released. This will only occur if Stern raises their prices as they will not honor old pricing after increases take place.
Stern pinball machines are in very high demand. Placing your order will ensure a machine is reserved for you when produced. Lead times are estimates and subject to change.
