Break the Plate is an innovative carnival-themed game that blends physical skill with interactive video for a thrilling, lifelike experience.
Players take aim and toss balls at three 37” monitors, each representing breakable plates. When a plate is “hit,” it disappears from the screen, and mechanical fragments are launched upward, creating a realistic plate-breaking effect. The game uses a unique combination of touch-screen technology and infrared sensors to track each toss and accurately record scores.
With its 2-player competition mode, *Break the Plate* offers a dynamic social experience, as players can go head-to-head across three rounds, each lasting about 15 seconds. Every round provides a new challenge, with a stationary screen for the first round and randomized screens for rounds two and three. Eight different screens keep gameplay fresh and exciting.
At the end of a match, the top player is rewarded with bonus tickets, adding to the thrill of competition. *Break the Plate* is a hit for all ages, whether playing solo or side by side in competitive mode, and brings the excitement of carnival fun to any arcade setting.
